Obama's Death Panels: Cancelled after Palin sounded the alarm or never existed in the first place?

There were no such things as death panels. they are just part of her scare tactics to make people favor her. She never gave any evidence of such things. How could they exist if the laws hadn't even been passed at the time she made the comment?
