36 fully outfitted colt patrol rifles for $64,000?

If I'm not mistaken, I think the Patrol Rifle is Colt's entry into the modular "let's make the AR platform better" race that's going on right now...similar to the SCAR, ACR, XCR, etc...1700 a piece is a smokin' deal seeing as this is brand new technology, but Colt probably wants to get it out there and show that it's being used.
