Best camera for smoke and fire?

I want a video camera that picks up smoke and fire well and doesn't make it into just a blur but more like you can see the dynamics of it. I film a YouTube series about making smoke bombs and smoke grenades and put it upclose. What should I look for, and what camera? High framerate
