Infield umpire hit by batted baseball?

Runners on first and third ,one out. Batter hits hard line shot up the middle and hits the field umpire,dead ball is called by home plate ump. Runner on third is not allowed to advance to home, runner on first goes to second,batter takes first. Question 1, Is that scored as a hit for the batter? Question 2. Should the runner on third been allowed to advance to home?
