Router won't save port forwarding changes?

OK so i have been trying to setup port forwarding on my draft 802.11n router and every time i go to 192.168.1.1 in my address bar and go to the admin panel, I try to change something and then click apply and after the 60 seconds nothing changed and it went back too the previous settings??? it is really annoying and i need to get the port forwarding fixed but it just keeps undoing any changes.
