Has obama lost it or is he just so arrogant, he believes he is smarter than everyone else?

Obama set up a panel to find ways to cut spending--HE ignored the findings, actually some say, he didnt even read it-----------Obama pulling troops out when the General that he appointed wants those troops to stay-----Obama now raising campaign donations IN THE WHITE HOUSE, which is AGAINST THE LAW.----Whats up with this guy?
