Best ump setup in cod?

Well... ignoring the fact you are the person every gamer hates (martyrdom???) I gotta say that's a pretty inaccurate setup. If you were able to get close enough to someone to actually hit them, they could probably have assault rifle-d you. And using the silencer with the G18s means that they are even weaker at long range. What you could do is get yourself the UMP with the red dot sight and rapid fire, and take the silencer off of the G18s. Or you could take off Bling and give yourself Marathon or Sleight of Hand. Then you could simply use the Red Dot Sight, and use akimbo G18s.
