What happened to the veehd plugin?

A while ago I uninstalled the VeeHD plugin and when i tried to reinstall it, i keep having to download some codec and facemood or something and even after installation it stills asks me to install the codec again, also on the 'Control Panel' and 'Programs' it doesn't even show up as VeeHD plugin, instead it's called "Crossrider web apps"what happened to the old plugin and does anyone know where i can download it.
