All guns off the wall black ops zombies trophy?

i got all guns, claymores, grenades, bowie knife and everything 1 time and i got the trophy for it. now im doing it for a friend. i did the same thing, but never got the trophy. this time i died and didnt get revived. when i came back next round, i finished getting the last few guns but no trophy. does dying affect the trophy?
