Green Grenade Spice side affects?

I'm just curious what the side affects are to Green Grenade... the spice that you can buy at shops. I've heard stories of shaking, increased heart rate and such, but is there anything that's very serious? If someone can pull up a sight of the cons that'd be fantastic.
