How do you report a bad Ump in women's softball? City Leagues.?

I've had umps like this many in the past. That's just part of it. If players/coaches do anything to upset an ump then they can do as they please. Such as make bad calls on purpose. Don't let it affect your game! Whether your team sucks, have bad coaching, or bad umps play the game cause you love it, Its just something your going to have to face while playing this amazing sport.
