Can I use the 2010 Demarini Voodoo Black bat?

I live in NJ and have heard Composite bats and Stealths are banned from high school. (some ump was talking about with me) I definitely know composite bats are out for next year. I think you can still use composite bats for 2011 but in 2012 their banned. But is the 2010 Demarini Voodoo Black bat still legal it has the BESR certified stamp and it say legal for NFHS 2010-2011 season but im still confused. Can anyone provide a website for this or some info?
