How do i password protect all my files and the control panel on my windows 7 laptop?

Ok so, ever since i let my mom use my desktop computer shes been "speeding it up" by that i mean she downloads random crap and uninstalls the main components and drivers and such. i really don't want her doing it to my laptop so can anyone please help? oh and by the way i can't just tell her to stop she bitches people out until she gets her way. and in this case, id probaly result in her returning my laptop to the store. not nice.
