Does he like me or not? MIXED SIGNALS!?

Okay, soo there's this guy in my PE class (well, used to be), and whenever we ran side by side once w/ my friend, he kept rubbing his arms against mine. Also, whenever I was late, he'd yell it out to flirt. He also tells everyone that I said he looks "sexy" in jeans with a smile. Heres the catch; he also acts like a douche. In front of some people, he called me a grenade. Also, when I said a ball hit my chest (I said CHEST, not boobs), he said "There's nothing there". There are a few more things like this. He's mean to me at times and nice. I didn't like him but when he started flirting he kinda MADE me like him, like I was drawn to him. What should I do? :/
