Is it true that theists have no qualms about the presence of evil with an all-powerful god?

this theist doesn't believe in good/evil dichotomy. i just believe in god/no-god. like light/darkness= light/absence of light. does darkness FIGHT light? nope. its just teh ABSENCE OF light
