How do I open Control Panel in Internet Explorer 7?

I typically run my PC's with a Limited use account (no admin rights). Previously when using IE6, when I needed to install/uninstall a program, I could right-click/RunAs on IE, and simply type 'control panel' in the url bar and open the control panel with full administrator rights. With Internet Explorer 7, I am unable to do this.
