Does google chrome keep a record of when you uninstalled the program its self?

Hi I installed Google chrome and well I really didn't like it so I uninstalled it, but I wanted to know if google chrome keeps a record of how many times you have installed and uninstalled the program it self? I was having difficulties and I went to my control panel and restored my computer to an earlier time and so it did and I wanted to know if it keeps records of the times you have installed it or uninstalled it cause I'm planning to install it again but I'm still not sure, thank for your time :)
