Tipton trouble haunted floor?

the very first bit of it well you go up the ladder and go past the smoke thing thats coming up from the ground and then theres a box right well cody cant jump on the box and i got zack on the box but i cant ump on to the next box thing. it just doesnt work cuz zack cant jump high enough, what do i do???
