HOW TO UNINSTALL A GAME OF COMPUTER?

I got tdu2 and its saying there was a problem when i was downloading it and its says to reinstall it but when i go to controll panel to remove it it isnt there because it is not fully installed yet. so how do i get it fully off. my computer
