The panel where ur radio is, gear box, handbreak, ashtary is, does it have a certain name?

im trying to add an touch screen sat nav and i phone space and maybe some other ko0l bits, i thought i'd look up some modifications others have done but i can't work out what the interior panel is actully called so plzzz someone help?
