Where are all of the FILES for RESIDENT EVIL WII THE UMBRELLA CHRONICLES.?

I am missing some FILES and I have spent HOURS, GRENADES, EVERYTHING, YET I am missing some files for the chapter FOUR (the last part) the files number FIVE, number EIGHT, number TEN and the LAST TWO... I cannot get anything else because I cannot find those files... PLEASE BE SPECIFIC. Thanks.
