Flat panel tv? HDTV maybe?

Where can I get a 30 inch+ flat panel or HDTV for $65 or less? I'm 14 and I need one for gaming because my last one broke during the move. This is all the cash I got because I just bought a new xbox 360. No bid sites please. Thx in advance.
