00 grand am gt ac blows out cold are on floor when turned on panel whats wrong with it?

might help if you explain better.Okay blows out cold on floor? when the panel's are turned on. sounds like the vacuum lines on the back of the switch may have fallen off. But I think the flaps on the ventilation that diverts the air to defrost to vent to floor has been obstructed and there fore it (mind you) blows to the floor instead to the vents good luck
